Every page in Ledger Doctor has Report a bug and Request a feature at the bottom. Each one opens a short form that goes straight to Ledger Doctor support, and every one is read.

What to write

  • A bug: what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. The exact message on screen helps most.
  • A feature: what it would help you do, and how you do it today. Requests for something you'd otherwise call a GP consultant about are especially welcome.

Leave your email address if you'd like a reply.

What's sent with it

Your Windows sign-in name, the page you were on, your email if you gave one, and the Ledger Doctor and check library version numbers. Nothing from GP is attached, so describe what you saw (and leave out passwords).
