Refunds and cancellation

30-day refund on your first payment

If Ledger Doctor isn't right for you, email billing@myledgerdoctor.com within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. Your license key stops working when the refund is issued.

Cancelling

Your subscription renews every year. You can cancel any time by emailing billing@myledgerdoctor.com or from the link in your Stripe receipt. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Ledger Doctor keeps working until the end of the year you've paid for.

Renewals

We email you before each yearly renewal. Renewal payments aren't refundable after 30 days, so if you don't plan to renew, cancel before the renewal date.

Founding price

The founding price of $999 a year applies to your first two yearly payments. The third and later renewals are at the regular price shown on the pricing page at that time, and we'll remind you before that renewal.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it and emails you. If it still hasn't gone through after the retries, the license is suspended until it's paid; your data in the LedgerDoctor database is kept.
