Founding customers

$999 a year for 2 years

For our first 10 customers. Everything in Ledger Doctor, at $999 a year for your first two years. After that it renews at the regular price.

What happens when you order

  1. Pay on Stripe's secure checkout page by card. You'll get a receipt by email.
  2. Copy your license key from the page you land on after paying. It's shown once, so save it in your password manager.
  3. Download Ledger Doctor from that page, or later at api.myledgerdoctor.com/download with your key.
  4. Install it with the install guide. It takes about 20 minutes.

Before you order

Check that you have what the install needs:

  • SQL Server 2017 or newer (2016 SP1 is expected to work) holding your GP databases
  • A Windows server on your network that can reach that SQL Server. The SQL Server machine itself is fine.
  • Someone with sysadmin on SQL Server and local admin on the Windows server, for about 20 minutes

Refunds and cancellation

If it isn't right for you, cancel within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund. You can cancel any time to stop the next renewal. Full policy.

Need an invoice or a W-9?

Stripe emails a receipt for every payment. For a W-9 or a quote for purchasing, email billing@myledgerdoctor.com.
