Terms of service

Last updated October 20, 2026. These terms are between you (the company buying Ledger Doctor) and Geekery LLC, a Virginia limited liability company ("we").

Your license

Each subscription lets you run one Ledger Doctor install, meaning one SQL Server holding your GP databases, with any number of GP companies and users on it, while the subscription is paid up. You may not resell, sublicense or reverse engineer Ledger Doctor, or share your license key outside your company.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds and cancellation work as described on the refunds and cancellation page. Prices exclude any sales tax that applies.

Your data and your decisions

Ledger Doctor reads your GP data and, only when one of your approvers chooses to apply a fix, changes the rows that fix shows in its preview, after backing them up. You decide which fixes to apply. You're responsible for keeping regular backups of your GP databases and for testing changes the way your company requires.

Early access

Ledger Doctor is in early access. Checks are being confirmed against live GP companies and may report problems that aren't there or miss ones that are. Please tell us when that happens.

Support

Email support for installing and using Ledger Doctor is included. It doesn't include general Dynamics GP consulting or fixing GP data by hand.

No warranty

Ledger Doctor is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost data or profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the subscription

We may suspend a license that's unpaid or used against these terms. When a subscription ends, stop using Ledger Doctor; you can remove it as described in the install guide, and your GP data isn't affected.

Changes and law

We'll email you about material changes to these terms at least 30 days before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia. Questions: support@myledgerdoctor.com.
