See how your closes went
Once a company has a close checklist, the Close page shows How the closes went, built from the checklists themselves.
Each close
- Period end and Close type.
- Tasks done, like "18 of 20".
- Finished late: tasks completed after their due date.
- Overdue now: tasks still open past their due date.
- Business days to close: from the period end to the day the last task was completed, or "Still open" while any task is.
Steps that are late most often
Over the last 12 closes, the steps that were late most often (finished after their due date, or still open past it), how many times, and by how many business days on average. It's a quick way to see which due dates are unrealistic, or which steps need help.
